We have a 14 day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. For products with a projected photo or engraved name etc., orders can be canceled within 3 days from the date of order. Returns and refunds can only be requested within 14 days of receiving the product if the product is found to be damaged or defective.
